Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 21, 2026. Material changes are announced by updating this page and this date.
What this site collects
Form data (only if you submit a form): name, email, phone, your current home address, your target timeframe, your estimated equity, any planned-exit selection on the investor form, the page you submitted from, and a timestamp of your contact consent.
Hosting and analytics (all visits): this site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics, which process the page visited, referring page, browser, device, operating system, timestamps, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and aggregated page-view counts. No advertising cookies are set by this site.
How it is used
To respond to your inquiry about bridge financing, a home valuation, or an investor consult; to operate and secure the website; and to understand aggregate traffic. If you proceed with a loan application, the information you provide at that stage is governed by Loan Factory, Inc.'s privacy notice, which you receive at application.
Service providers
- Vercel — hosting, server logs, Web Analytics.
- GoHighLevel — CRM that receives form submissions and sends follow-up messages you consented to.
- FormSubmit — relays form submissions to email while the CRM connection is pending.
- Email (Loan Factory / Keller Williams mailboxes) — receive and store inquiries.
Contact consent (TCPA)
By checking the consent box on a form, you agree to be contacted by Kiri Suykry by phone, text, or email — including automated messages — about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or email kiri@loanfactory.com with "unsubscribe" to stop all contact.
Sharing and sale
Personal information is not sold and is not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. It is shared only with the service providers above and, if you apply, with the lender and settlement parties necessary to process a loan — as disclosed at application.
Retention
Inquiries are retained for up to 24 months after the last communication, then deleted — unless a loan or real estate transaction results, in which case records are kept as required by law (California brokers retain transaction records for at least three years; mortgage records per federal and state requirements).
Your rights
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing kiri@loanfactory.com with the subject "Privacy request." Requests are answered within 30 days. Records the law requires keeping may be retained despite a deletion request; you will be told if that applies.
